Kaw & Border: Royal Intent is a spinoff of local area political blog "Kaw & Border". With other renowned political blogs such as RedState.com and RealClearPolitics.com also having sports spinoff sites, we thought it was only appropriate to have a spinoff to deal with a very important subject -- the Kansas City Royals.
In keeping with the theme of this site's famous TV show namesake, we chose "Royal Intent" as the blog title. This blog will examine the on-field play of the Kansas City Royals, as well as off-the-field news such as information regarding the Royals front office, Kauffman Stadium, and other news concerning the franchise.
Much like the parent site, what this blog will not be is a source for player, coach, or GM bashing on a personal basis -- but rather a place to find real information and real commentary regarding the Kansas City Royals.
